We are looking for a Mobile Mortgage Specialist to go above and beyond to deliver
positive and exceptional service and to develop and foster loyal, meaningful relationships by listening openly
and taking a personal, caring approach to exceeding our members' expectations. The successful candidate will
join our team of professionals who are dedicated to providing free, timely, expert advice to meet our members' needs.
You are an experienced mobile mortgage specialist with advanced knowledge of credit seeking an exciting opportunity
in a progressive, growing, Niagara-based financial institution with competitive compensation (includes base salary
and commission, Blackberry, laptop and printer), comprehensive group benefits and pension plan. You enjoy a
fast-paced exciting environment with a commitment to achieving results. Reporting to the Branch Manager you will:

Demonstrate personal initiative to identify and act upon business development opportunities including
opportunities to promote and sell PenFinancial’s products with an emphasis on consumer loans, mortgages,
lines of credit and credit cards.

Interview loan and mortgage applicants, analyze financial information, assess credit and make recommendations
for approvals/declines to Branch Manager. Ensure that underwriting policies are strictly adhered to and that
proper documentation is obtained.

Actively solicit membership growth opportunities through staff referrals, service initiatives, member inquiries
and other developmental activities.

Perform all functions of a mobile mortgage specialist to provide members with flexibility by being available
evenings and weekends to meet at the location most convenient for the members.

Develop and maintain a network in the community to enhance the credit union's visibility (brand) and to build a
strong referral source for new member recruitment.

Identify and respond to members' needs while focusing on building member relationships by exhibiting a
commitment to increasing member satisfaction.
This full-time permanent mobile position requires a candidate who has proven sales skills, an entrepreneurial mindset
and is able to work independently. This position is mobile in nature with approximately 85% of time spent on the road
therefore a vehicle and valid driver's license is required. A post-secondary education in business and/or a minimum of
3 years related experience in a mobile mortgage specialist role, including proven business development skills, are
required. Excellent communication and organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs are necessary.
