Students need skates. Donate your skates to enrich the lives of kids in our community.
The first annual Skates for Kids Program is a community fundraiser organized by PenFinancial Credit Union to support two deserving schools in Welland and St. Catharines.
Donate your family’s gently worn skates in all sizes from child, youth and adult between August 27 and September 16, 2009 at any PenFinancial Credit Union branch, at Silvestri Sports in Welland, Front Row Sports (Thorold and Sportsplex locations) or at the St. Catharines Standard or Welland Tribune office locations.
Your donation will give students the chance to participate in a school skating event sponsored by PenFinancial Credit Union, taking place on September 18, 2009.

For every pair of donated skates, you’ll receive a ballot for a chance to win an authentic, autographed Brad Boyes jersey! Don’t forget to ask for your ballot!
