Getting started with mobile banking is easy. All you need is access to online banking. Don't have online banking access? Contact your branch to sign up today.
If you're already on online banking user:
- Login to your online banking account and click on the mobile banking link in MY PROFILE
- Enter your mobile phone information
- You'll receive a text message with your passcode
- Confirm your passcode and select the accounts you want to access with mobile banking
Once you've signed up, it's easy to use.
Account Balance
To check your account balance, simply text BAL to MONEY. Within moments, you will receive a text message with your account balance information.
All Account Balances
To check all of your account balances, simply text BAL ALL to MONEY. You'll receive a text message with the balance information for all your selected accounts.
Transaction History
To view your recent account activity, simply text ACT to MONEY. You'll then receive a text message with your five most recent transactions on your account.
And, to make it even easier, you can save the short code [short code] in your phone for quick and easy access. You can even save your text messages and simply resend for future use.

Online Banking
Internet Banking -
24 hours a day, 7 days a week. That means that you can
do your
banking from almost anywhere and anytime you connect to
the internet.

Telephone, Hydro, or Gas Company.

well as being able to view a listing of your RRSPs.
New Users
To sign up for Internet Banking, please drop
by your local branch to be assigned a User Name and Password
to use for logging on. Once you have this information, you're
all set to go!
Telephone Banking
Telebanking is a service, which puts you
in total touch with your finances through any touch-tone
phone. You can call from your home, a telephone booth or
from your car, 7 days a week. All you need is a touch tone
phone. When you enroll for telebanking, you are given a
temporary PAC (Private Access Code) which you change the
first time you use the service.
Telebanking Benefits:
- Pay your bills from home by using your
phone...no cheques, no licking envelopes, finding postage
stamps and remembering to mail them. (Click

currently available for bill payments.)
- There are hundreds of available utility
& retailer accounts you can pay with IN TOUCH.
- It only costs 50 cents per bill, about
the cost of a postage stamp.
Come in and see us, and a Member Service Representative
will assist you in obtaining your PAC and can demonstrate
Telebanking if you wish.
- Dial the appropriate number below and follow
the instructions.
- Have your account number and your PAC ready.
A friendly voice will ask you for these numbers, so that
you (and nobody else) will have access to up-to-date information
on your accounts.
- You can leave a message if you require
additional information.
