Call for Nominations of Candidates for the 2018 Board of Directors

We invite you to consider submitting a nomination for a position on PenFinancial Credit Union’s Board of Directors. As a member of our Board, you’ll have the opportunity to lead an organization that is committed to improving lives and strenghtening communities.

The following vacancies will become available at our Annual General Membership Meeting on April 10, 2018.

Board of Directors
Four (4) positions for three (3) year terms

The Nominating Committee will accept nominations for the available Board of Director positions through Friday, December 29th, 2017. In accordance with Credit Union by-laws, nominations will not be accepted from the floor at the Annual General Meeting in April 2018.

Members must file notice of their intention to run for a position on our Board of Directors no later than noon (EST) on Friday, December 29th. 2017, by completing the Director Nomination form and sending it via email to rebecca.havill@penfinancial.com or by mailing it to the following address:
