TLC Community Room

295 Fourth Avenue St. Catharines

The TLC Community Room is a community space that was built at our Fourth Avenue Branch with the purpose of creating a co-operative, comfortable, safe and accessible meeting space for members of the community to gather. The space is available for not for profit organizations and community groups from the Niagara Region (and Haldimand County) to utilize at no cost. The room is available Monday through Friday to host meetings, seminars and workshops. The space is self-contained and offers a meeting area with modular tables, fully accessible restrooms and a prep kitchen including a sink and a small fridge are also contained within the room space for your convenience.

The TLC Community Room seats 20 people (around the modular tables) very comfortably, and we have 24 additional stacking chairs should you require a classroom style setting. There is a Keurig coffee machine and tea kettle along with a supply of disposable cups. A projector and white board is also available for your convenience. There are many wonderful restaurants in the area, should you choose to cater your event, or slip out for a change of scenery. The Community Room holds a maximum capacity of 40 people.

If you’re interested in viewing the facility prior to booking your event, feel free to pop by the Fourth Avenue branch during operating hours and speak with Tyler or Adam. They will be happy to give you a quick tour. Alternatively you can email us at to arrange to view the room.
