After listening to our Members in our most recent surveys, we're excited to announce that we have made significant investments into our digital offerings so that you can get the most out of your Membership with PenFinancial. As a result, as of March 1st, our Chequing Account packages will be updated to include up to 4 free Interac e-Transfers® each month.*
Additionally, you'll find a greater number of included transactions, a simplified pricing structure that includes a small incremental monthly fee increase, all while maintaining the same minimum monthly balance required for the fees to be waived.
Over the coming months, you'll notice a fully redesigned Online Banking and Mobile App experience that we believe will further enhance your digital experience.
And, as always, our Members will continue to have access to the ding free® network of over 40 ATMs in Niagara, and 3,600 ATMs across Canada without additional surcharges.

On March 1st, we're updating our Chequing Account packages to include greater benefits for our Members, including up to 4 e-Transfers per month free. The changes are automatic, and there is no action required.
The PenPremium package will be updated to our Unlimited package.
The PenBasic package will be updated to the Preferred package.
Additionally, we're adding the option of a Pay-As-You-Go which starts at $0 per month.
After reviewing our Member's feedback from recent surveys, it became clear that we need to include more e-Transfers and simplify our Chequing Accounts. Additionally, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we're prioritizing the way people bank in a world that continues to move digitally and allow you to bank from anywhere in a cost effective manner.

Your PenFinancial account numbers, bank cards, cheques, and pre-authorized transaction information all remain the same. There is no action required.
