At PenFinancial Credit Union, we’re always looking for ways to better support your business and provide simple, transparent banking options that grow with you.

Effective September 1, 2026, we’re excited to introduce new business account packages, designed to give you more flexibility, predictability, and value. We’re moving from a single business account to offering three new account packages, each tailored to different business needs and transaction levels.

Essential Business
Chequing

An Essential Business Chequing Account for light use.

10 FREE transactions per month.

4 FREE Interac e-Transfers® per month* (rebated at month-end). $1.50 each thereafter.

First $1,000 in cash and coin deposits are FREE. $2.50 per $1,000 deposited thereafter.

$1.00 per each in-branch transaction.

$1.00 per cheque clearing.

Cheque orders available at full cost.

Digital Business
Chequing

A Digital Business Chequing Account with unlimited self-serve transactions for businesses whose banking needs are mainly digital.

Unlimited self-serve & electronic transactions.

10 FREE Interac e-Transfers® per month* (rebated at month-end). $1.50 each thereafter.

First $1,000 in cash and coin deposits are FREE. $2.50 per $1,000 deposited thereafter.

2 included in-branch transactions. $1.50 each thereafter.

No monthly fee with a minimum balance of $5,000.

Premium Business
Chequing

Our Premium Business Chequing Account is for businesses with lots of transactions both online and in-branch, with free cheque clearings, free cash & coin deposits, and more.

Unlimited self-serve & electronic transactions.

10 FREE Interac e-Transfers® per month* (rebated at month-end). $1.50 each thereafter.

Up to $10,000 in cash and coin deposits per month are FREE. $2.50 per $1,000 deposited thereafter.

25 included in-branch transactions. $1.50 each thereafter.

Includes 75 cheque clearings per month. $1.00 each thereafter.

Cheque order available at full cost.

No monthly fee with a minimum balance of $25,000.

*Interac e-Transfers included in account packages are reimbursed within 7 days of the following month. Account packages and other fees are subject to change.

Business account features and fees are subject to change with 30 days notice.

Interac e-Transfers will be charged at the time of transfer, but refunded after month-end in accordance with package conditions.

Transaction: Includes pre-authorized debits, cheque clearing, ATM debit transactions, transfers between accounts, bill payments online   and using telephone banking. In-branch bill payments are $1.85.

Minimum monthly balance must be maintained for the entire month in order to waive monthly package fee.
