• What is changing?

  On March 1st, 2023, we're updating our Seniors Chequing Account package to include up to 4 e-Transfers per month free. The changes are automatic, and there is no action required.

  e-Transfers are still charged at the time of the transfer, and you will be reimbursed within 3 business days of the end of the month for up to 4 sent e-Transfers.

• When will the changes be implemented?

  March 1st, 2023.

  There is no action required from our Members to take advantage of this upgrade.

• Do I have to do anything?

  No. Your PenFinancial account numbers, bank cards, cheques, and pre-authorized transaction information all remain the same. There is no action required.

• Do I need to replace my cheques?

  No. As there is no change to your account number, there is no need to replace your cheques.  You may continue to use your existing cheques.
