• Who can attend the PenFinancial AGM?

  All PenFinancial members are encouraged to attend the AGM. Guests may attend with a member, but may not vote.

• Is the meeting in-person or virtual?

  The AGM is an in-person event only. There will be no virtual option.

• What will be covered at the AGM?

  You’ll hear from our Board Chair and CEO on the performance of PenFinancial throughout the past year. You’ll also learn about how we’re delivering on our Purpose, and hear about our plans for the years ahead. Your 2026 Board of Directors will be welcomed, and results of the By-Law Special Resolution will also be shared.

• How do I access the documents that will be reviewed at the AGM?

  The documents that will be used at the meeting will be provided starting April 2, 2026.

• Will printed copies of materials be available at the AGM?

  To do our part for the environment and limit waste, we will have limited copies of all materials available. We encourage members to download the documents in advance.

• Will food and beverages be available?

  Light refreshments will be served between 5:30 and 6:30 pm.

• Do I need to register for the AGM?

  We request that all attendees register in advance.
